One should eat small meals several times daily rather than two or three full meals. The best diet is an adequate breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner. If we include more protein in our diet, it is
better to eat it in the morning. On average, every human being consumes more
carbohydrates.
Our diet should include all kinds of nutrients, not only
carbohydrates and proteins but also vitamins are necessary.
So you should continue to eat foods that are rich in
vitamins. Exercise gives one a sense of well-being and a happy mind, but it
does not mean that one has lost weight through strenuous exercise.
Exercise is the best way to lose a small amount of weight,
and a complete change in diet is the only way to lose weight.
You can't lose weight even if you eat a lot of good food and
exercise. Eat enough breakfast and take food in the afternoon when you are
hungry. Drink a lot of water equal to the food.
You can drink warm water in the morning. Do not drink too
much water before breakfast or meal. Some people drink a lot of water while
going to sleep at night but this is not correct when the whole body is at rest
only the kidneys are working so you should eat three hours before going to
sleep.
When your body is at
rest during sleep, it is good for your internal organs to be at rest as well.
Exercise is a must if you eat a lot of fatty foods. Avoid eating late at night and
sleep after eating as this can affect your digestion. Being anxious while
eating is not good for doing other activities like thinking or reading.
