Cigarette smoke and genetic damage.

Researchers at the National Cancer Institute in Tokyo have discovered that cigarette smoke damages the genetic material in our bodies. They have proven through sophisticated experiments that a single cigarette has the power to induce tens of thousands of bonds in the DNA of a biological cell.

Scientists also say that if such distorted biological molecules are continuously accumulated in the body, they become the cause of cancer. The hydrogen peroxide and free oxygen molecules in cigarette smoke cause such cleavages.

Most of the distortions are repaired within the body, and certain vitamins are used to help with this. Even if the distortions cannot be repaired due to vitamin deficiency or excessive distortions, the distorted biological molecules accumulate in the body. This causes damage to the internal organs and harms health.

A person may have health problems due to various reasons, but we should not create health problems on our own. Even if we do not choose the best foods every day with great care, we should not cause diseases due to such bad habits.

Bad habits become our normal habits, which can make us addicted to them for a while and cause health problems, so it is better not to form bad habits.

Since health problems are less common at a young age, if everyone forms bad habits as they wish at a young age, there is a chance of various health problems in old age.

Eating when hungry, drinking water when thirsty, and exercising properly will prevent us from having health problems in the future.
