This is a simple story to explain what is the correct qualification to give advice.

All the people came and sat in a row to a monk and told their problems and got the solution. Then a man came and sat with the sage and he said that he had no major problem but his son was always very keen on eating sweets and if he told him not to eat sweets excessively he would not change it.

There is a fear that this will affect his health, he eats sweets first thing in the morning when I bring him here, and could you give him suitable advice and instructions to change his habit of eating sweets every day? He asked the monk.

Come and bring your son after a week with a smile on the silent monk! He said that I would give advice and he thanked the saint and left.

After a week he took his son and came to the monk and the monk said to the boy if you eat sweets every morning, you will definitely have health issues.

Also, your future will be affected, your education will be affected if your health is affected, your life will be affected, and then create some other good habits to change! He advised me to eat this apple and henceforth make a habit of eating apples every day so that I can change the habit of eating sweets in the morning.

The boy accepted his advice and took the apple. Then the boy's father asked, sir! Why did you ask me to come after a week when you could have done this the day after I arrived?

The monk smiled and said, Brother! He said, "I also have a habit of eating sweets every morning, so I cannot advise this boy then." That is why I gave this boy advice after giving up the habit of eating sweets every morning for a week,” said the monk.

It is not right to give advice to others that we cannot actually follow, so we should give advice to others on what we can follow otherwise it is better not to give any advice to others.
